- Orders placed after November 27 will ship the week of December 2nd, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
- The recommended last day for Christmas delivery is December 18th.
- Last day to order for Local Pickup is December 19th. Orders must be picked up by December 20th.
- Local Pickup is not available from December 20th-January 6th

Yes! If you are in the Cleveland, Ohio area just select Local Pick Up at checkout.

- Pick-up is located at the Building Hope in the City administrative offices, located at 3274 W. 58th St, Cleveland, OH 44102
- When picking up, please park in the lot on the North side of the building. Our offices are located on the 2nd floor. Ring doorbell on second floor landing.
- Confirmation email (printed or digital) will be required for pick-up.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 4pm
- Pick-up is not available Thursday, Saturday or Sunday

- Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 days. Delivery time additional, as selected at checkout.
- Quoted delivery dates are estimates, and shipping times may take longer due to carrier delays.

- We can only accept exchanges, refunds, or replacements for faulty items or items damaged during shipping.
- Gift cards and discounted items are not available for refund or exchange.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at info@peripetihome.com within 7 days of delivery date. We will need a photo of the damaged item for insurance purposes. With this information and your order number we can replace the damaged item for you. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- For a refund of damaged items you can also file a claim with USPS on your own behalf using your tracking information and this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
- We can only accept exchanges, refunds, or replacements for faulty items or items damaged during shipping.
- Gift cards and discounted items are not available for refund or exchange.
