Processing + Shipping FAQ
- Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within one week. Delivery time additional, as selected at checkout.
- Quoted delivery dates are estimates, and shipping times may take longer due to carrier delays.
Return + Exchange FAQ
- We can only accept exchanges, refunds, or replacements for faulty items or items damaged during shipping.
- Gift cards and discounted items are not available for refund or exchange.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery date. We will need a photo of the damaged item for insurance purposes. With this information and your order number we can replace the damaged item for you. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- For a refund of damaged items you can also file a claim with USPS on your own behalf using your tracking information and this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
