- Pick-up is located at the Building Hope in the City administrative offices, located at 3274 W. 58th St, Cleveland, OH 44102
- When picking up, please park in the lot on the North side of the building. Our offices are located on the 2nd floor. Ring doorbell on second floor landing.
- Confirmation email (printed or digital) will be required for pick-up.
- Pick-Up times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 4pm
- Pick-up is not available Thursday, Saturday or Sunday
Processing + Shipping FAQ
- Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 days. Delivery time additional, as selected at checkout.
- Quoted delivery dates are estimates, and shipping times may take longer due to carrier delays.
Return + Exchange FAQ
- We can only accept exchanges, refunds, or replacements for faulty items or items damaged during shipping.
- Gift cards and discounted items are not available for refund or exchange.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date. We will need a photo of the damaged item for insurance purposes. With this information and your order number we can replace the damaged item for you. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- For a refund of damaged items you can also file a claim with USPS on your own behalf using your tracking information and this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
